Khunbish's offer varies based off of the week, but Khunbish grills everything right in front of you. Some barbecue that requires smoking or marinating is first come, first serve. No in game items are handed out, and no in game gil is required. Khunbish will not account for any allergies, dietary restrictions, or aetheric issues with food that your character may have. Food that is hunting and brought could POTENTIALLY be cooked under certain restrictions. Salt and pepper is added to every dish besides sweet desert (THAT just gets a little salt), and more is available on the side of the stall for RP purposes.

The quintessential Xaela barbecue dish. Made by cooking lamb in a giant jug with water and hot rocks, Khunbish puts a spin on the original dish. Khunbish swaps the water for a chicken broth and adds other, resourcefully sourced ingredients such as thyme, parsley, and caraway seeds. Once the mixture is half done, Khunbish adds an offensive amount of garlic butter. The heat level for this dish is Not Spicy. Perfect for an evening after a long day of Bokh.

Tsuivan is one of the most popular dishes on the Steppes. Khunbish's method is to fry the dough and cut it into strips which are added to the spiced mutton. The mutton is reduced prior to break up the gamey-ness with rosemary and tons of spice, then grilled and cut into strips. Khunbish additionally adds vegetables and a multitude of peppers such as carrots, onions, green onions, green cabbage, red bell peppers, turnips, pequin peppers, guajillo peppers, dried Kashmiri chilies, ancho chilies, and garlic. Stir-fried all together and served on a plate, this dish is Very Spicy, as Khunbish sources his peppers straight from Tural and Thavaniar. Something about old contacts, but it tastes a little too good to be any of your business.
✦ KHUUSHUUR ✦
The perfect food to travel with or for walking out in Reunion, Khuushuur is a meat dumpling that is fried on both sides and served. Khunbish makes this with grilled lamb & onions, but is served with a cabbage salad. The salad includes cabbage, finely chopped onion, salt, sugar, cilantro, oil, and white vinegar to taste. This meal is Mild as the lamb is rubbed with smoked paprika and other spices, but the cold salad helps to beat the heat.

Misleading in its simplicity and technically not a grilled item, Khunbish brings a heaping pile of Boortsog to serve. This dish is essentially dough that fried in mutton fat and is cut into surprisingly cute triangles that are served with either a rolanberry jam or honey. Perfect for beating the spiciness of summers day.

Khunbish arrives to the stall carrying several handles of many different liquids, Yol in tow to carry the rest. It seems that water and vodka are the majority of the load, while milk is bought in Reunion that day.
COOK'S CONDUCT
This event, like most things, is not unmodderated. The chef seems to have a heavy past and an even heavier accent. Though, there is honor amongst thieves. This old dog still seems to keep the peace around here by a very large firearm and a list of rules he keeps up on the side of the stall, written expertly in Old Auri, Common, and Doman.OUT OF CHARACTER RULES
✦ Be civil. Not only is there an ingame reason to behave, but insulting, antagonizing, or snapping at other attendees is strictly prohibted. This is to bring merriment, not strife.✦ That being said, staff has the right to bar anyone from the event for any reason. Currently, NPCs as a whole are barred due to certain interactions that may occur between characters. Players who play these characters are encouraged to bring other, original characters to the event.✦ Please maintain cultural sensitivity. While the Xaela are a fictional race, they are based very heavily on real-world cultures. Eurasian steppe cultures have historically been subjected to racism from settled societies who considered them to be savage or uncivilized. Do avoid perpetuating these harmful stereotypes when referring to the Xaela as a whole. Avoid making remarks OOCly that could be interpreted as racist or culturally insensitive, even jokingly. Culture is often shared with food, and is a fantastic place to start learning.✦ OOC =/= IC While many times this boundary has been crossed, feelings that a character might have in no way should reflect the status and feelings of the writer behind the screen. Maintaining healthy boundaries is pivotal to success in a community scene.✦ This is an 18+ event, though no NSFW of any kind is allowed. RULE 1: Form a single-file, orderly line starting from the front of the stall.
RULE 2: NO CUTTING THE DAMN LINE. THERE'S ENOUGH CHAOS IN THIS WORLD.
RULE 3: Once you get your food, leave the line. If you wish to speak to the chef, you may do so while getting your food.
RULE 4: ALL food brought to be cooked MUST have been hunted the same day and should be adequately prepped to go directly onto the grill.
RULE 5: (for the non-Steppe dwelling) Fighting in Reunion is prohibited. You may cross words, not fisticuffs. Upon breaking this rule, the tribe of the Qestir will forcibly extract you from the entirety of Reunion and barr any entry. The Qestir are a tribe who doesn't speak. Don't insult them by arguing.
RULE 6: Khunbish or any of his volunteers have the right to barr anyone from further attendance without question.
